What is New Asphalt Installation?
Asphalt is one of the most economical paving materials. Asphalt provides the same strength and durability of other pavement surfaces, but is more cost-effective to deploy and maintain.
Why Choose New Asphalt Installation?
A driveway paved with asphalt can last as long as 40 years. Asphalt is durable, resilient and low-maintenance. Having a parking lot or driveway paved with asphalt not only looks beautiful, but is a strong and durable—all for a much lower price than other paving materials.
Benefits of New Asphalt Installations
- Long lifespan of the pavement surface
- Excellent performance and safety
- Beautiful appearance and curb appeal
New Asphalt Installation Process
New Asphalt Installation involves preparing the area to be paved to provide a stable sublayer, then paving a layer of new asphalt over the sublayer. First, the area must be graded and compacted using heavy equipment to create a stable sublayer. Next, a stone base is spread over the sublayer and compacted. Once the stone base has been applied, binder asphalt is spread over the stone base. Finally the new layer of asphalt is paved over the surface to provide a smooth finish.
